Accuracy depends on headshot quality and game-day conditions. GalleryID uses a review queue — the platform suggests matches, and your staff approves or corrects them before anything is finalized. Admins can also configure auto-approve confidence thresholds so high-confidence matches are tagged automatically.
Jersey number reading works alongside face matching. When a jersey number is detected, it boosts the probability of a correct match. If a match is still missed, anyone reviewing the photo can manually tag the athlete by typing a name or jersey number.
Yes. Staff, freelancers, and volunteer photographers can all upload to the same gallery using upload links. Regardless of source, all photos go through the same naming pipeline and end up in your searchable library with consistent tagging.
