Org admin

One list of every gallery in the organization, built for changing a setting without opening the gallery.

Finding a gallery

•Search runs shortly after you stop typing and returns you to page one.
•Filter by status (Published, Archived), visibility (Public, Private), photographer, a date range, and whether downloads are on.
•Sort by Newest, Oldest, Most Photos or A-Z. Newest is the default.
•Pages hold 50 galleries. The "Showing X of Y" line compares the current page against the filtered total, not against every gallery in the org.

The three switches

Public, Downloads, and (with AthleteID enabled) AthleteID sit on each row. They save the moment you click, with no confirmation and no save button.

Turning AthleteID on is the exception: it asks first, because publishing sends notification emails to every tagged athlete. Turning it back off does not ask, and does not un-send anything.

An archived gallery has all three switches disabled and its card dimmed. Restore it before changing anything.

The public link

A copyable link appears under the title only when the gallery is both public and published. The displayed link is shortened; the full URL is what gets copied. If a gallery has no link and the view button is greyed out, it is not public.

Deleting and restoring

Delete asks once, tells you how many photos go with it, and cannot be undone. Restore has no confirmation, because putting an archived gallery back is cheap.

Deleting is a background job. A gallery may sit on the list briefly marked Deleting. Delete failed means the job did not finish.

Every switch here is optimistic: it moves before the server answers. If a save fails the row snaps back and a red message appears. Watch for the confirmation rather than the switch.
