Use GalleryID Cloud on your phone

The GalleryID Cloud app

GalleryID Cloud for iPhone and Android is the archive on your phone. Sign in with the same account you use in the browser, search the galleries you have access to by athlete, team or date, open a photo, and download or share it. AthleteID accounts land here after the invite.

Get it from the App Store or Google Play by searching for GalleryID, or from the phone apps page, which has the badges for both stores.

Two GalleryID apps, two products

There is a second app in both stores, GalleryID Desktop. It belongs to the desktop product: it pairs with GalleryID Desktop on a Mac or PC over the photographer’s own wifi and captions photos from the camera at the game. It does not sign in to a Cloud account and it will not show your galleries.

  • •GalleryID Cloud (this app): Cloud account, hosted archive, search and download. For athletes, coaches, staff and anyone with a Cloud login.
  • •GalleryID Desktop: the photographer’s app for the desktop product. Catalog in your pocket and SidelineID captioning from the camera. Needs GalleryID Desktop on a computer.
A photographer on both products installs both. The sign-ins are separate because the products are.

    From the App Store or Google Play.

    Sign in with your Cloud login

    The same email and password as the browser. If your organization uses more than one, a switcher at the top picks the account.

    Search

    Type a name. The archive does the rest.
